REFUNDS AND ALL OTHER POLICIES:

AutoPay Membership Cancellation Policies: 3-day notice is required to terminate enrollment in any membership prior to payment processing. Cancel by written email notice to intuneyogataos@gmail.com. Notices less than 3 days cannot be processed. Absolutely no refunds will be processed once card is charged. Verbal cancellations to staff members are not valid for cancellation.
No Show / Late Cancel 1 hr Policy: Students have up to 1 hour before class start time to cancel or reschedule a reserved class. Loss of class credit or class payment if canceled less than one hour prior to class start time.

Declined Payments/Chargeback Fees: Any declined payments on autopay memberships will incur a $35 fee before membership can be reactivated.  All chargeback fees to the studio will result in $35 charge plus applicable bank charges before student can make another purchase.

Inclement Weather Closures: Studio reserves the right to cancel classes due to inclement weather or emergencies. Students who pre-register will be notified in the case of any class cancellations or closures.

Classes with zero registrations 1 hours prior to class time may be canceled at studio's discretion.

ALL REFUND INFO:

Regular Classes: All sales final. No refunds.

All Refunds: Regardless of reason, refunds will not be processed after 30 days of the charge. In the case a refund may be warranted, contact the studio within 30 days of charge to inquire.

Credit card fees are never refunded.
