Which level is best for you?
All Levels - Designed for everyone from beginners to seasoned yogis. With a focus on foundational poses, mindful movement, and breath awareness, students have the opportunity to tailor the class to their individual level. Plenty of modifications and variations will be offered throughout class, giving students the opportunity to challenge themselves as desired or take it easy as needed. A well-rounded class with elements of strength-building, flexibility improvement, and finding balance.
Please note: "All Levels" doesn't mean "easy"--but that plenty of options and modifications will be given for the majority of poses.
Level 1 - Our most gentle or basic class. These classes include "Restorative Yoga", "Gentle Yoga" and "Yoga Basics". Very slow paced and may be hyper-focus on alignment. Best for beginners or those wanting a slow/foundational class.
Level 2 - For the yogi who has started to build a solid foundation and steady practice and is ready to explore further growth in their practice. These classes will require greater physical and mental strength and greater breath control. Classes are mildly paced; a well rounded practice of cardio, strength building, and flexibility work--as well as increased focus on linking breath to movement. Classes may start to explore more intermediate poses (ex: Crow, Inversions, Backbends, Binds).
Level 2/3 - For the intermediate to advanced student who is extremely comfortable with their practice and looking for that extra fire! Students have a strong understanding of breath awareness, are comfortable with making their own modifications when necesssary, and do not need lots of alignment cues in poses. These classes may move at a rapid pace, include creative and super-flowy sequencing, have extra core-work, and include exploration into the most "advanced" physical postures (arm balances, inversions, etc).
How to sign up for classes once you have a Membership or Class Pack:
1. Go to this link: vagaro.com/intuneyoga/classes
or download the app VAGARO (Recommended. Be sure to dowload "Vagaro" and not "Vagaro Pro").
2. If you are not currently signed into your account, do so by clicking "login" at the upper right hand corner. (Your account login is your email address and the passowrd is one you create).
3. Scroll through the list of classes and click on the one(s) you want to sign up for.
4. A screen will pop up which has a lot of information, including the price of the class. YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED. Click the green "next" button at the bottom left hand corner to proceed.
5. One more screen will pop up with the options of "add to cart" or "checkout". Select "Checkout".
6. At the checkout screen you will see the class(es) you've signed up for as well as the option to "keep shopping" (if you would like to sign up for more classes at this time). You will also see here you will not be charged for the class as it will show your membership or class pack has been applied.
7. If you are done signing up for the classes you wish to sign up for, hit "Continue" and then you will be enrolled in the class!
**Please note: If there are past classes in your cart, the system will NOT let you check out. If you are having difficulty checking out, make sure your shipping cart is clear of past classes and/or quickly reset the app.

AutoPay Membership Cancellation Policies: To cancel, must provide at least 24 hours prior to midnight MST on renewal date. Cancel through student account or by emailing the studio at intuneyogataos@gmail.com. Notices less than 24 hours cannot be processed. Absolutely no refunds will be processed once card is charged.
AutoPay Membership Pausing: Must provide at least 7 days notice to pause. Email intuneyogataos@gmail.com with dates needed. Pauses are available on a 2 week minimum to a 30 day maximum. First pause is free; additional pauses will cost $15/each. Any applicable prorated payments will take effect on the following payment. No canceling allowed during a pause. Pauses available on Monthly Unlimited AutoPay only (not Mini Memberships or multi-month memberships).
Late Cancel's / 2 hr Policy: AUTOPAY MEMBERS/Any Unlimited Memberships: $7 fee for any class canceled 2 hours or less prior to class start time. CLASS PACKS/DROP-IN'S: Forfeiture of class for no-show/late cancel.
No Show's: AUTOPAY MEMBERS/Any Unlimited Memberships: $18 fee for failure to show up to a reserved class. CLASS PACKS/DROP-IN'S: Forfeiture of class for no-show/late cancel.
Declined Payments/Chargeback Fees: Any declined payments on autopay memberships will incur a $35 fee before membership can be reactivated.
All chargeback fees to the studio will result in $35 charge plus applicable bank charges before student can make another purchase.
Inclement Weather Closures: When Taos Schools schools are on a delay or closed, morning classes will be cancelled. Evening and weekend classes will be on a TBD basis dependent on weather conditions and studio discretion. Students who pre-register will be notified in the case of any class cancellations or closures.
ALL REFUND INFO:
Regular Classes: No refunds. Credits offered if student reschedules or cancels at least 2 hours prior to class start time.
Workshops/Special Classes: 30 day cancellation policy: no refunds/no credits. Workshops cannot be rescheduled.
Private Events: 30 day cancellation policy: no refunds/no credits.
Private Sessions: 24 hour cancellation policy: no refunds/no credits.
All Refunds: Regardless of reason, we cannot process any refunds after 30 days of the charge. In the case a refund may be warranted, contact the studio within 30 days of charge to inquire.
