The Nitty Gritty: Terms, Policies, Etc...

-Prices are subject to change at any time. 

-Class schedules are subject to change.

-When making a purchase, be sure you are able to use the services in the amount of time allotted. We cannot offer extensions.

-Workshops, specialty classes, and private sessions are not included in class packs or memberships.

-Memberships and packages cannot be frozen or extended past expiration date.

-If a class pack expires, student has the option of adding unused classes from expired package onto their new purchase of a class pack if purchased within 60 days of expiration date.

-NM Sales Tax and 3.5% Credit Card Processing Fees are added to all purchases. Credit card fee can be waived by paying cash or check in studio.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:  We are not able to issue refunds, but will gladly issue credits to students who need to cancel/reschedule a class at least 1 hour before class start time. Classes canceled less than 1 hour prior to start time will not be credited or reinstated to class pack. All sales are final unless otherwise noted. Private events require full deposit to confirm appointment and have a 30-day cancellation policy. Private yoga sessions have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Studio rentals are non-refundable. All purchases are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-extendable. Non-use of any purchase is not grounds for a refund or credit.

"No Show" Policy:  Any class pre-booked by student and then not attended by student for any reason will result as a "no show" and will not result in a refund or credit. If you know you can't make it to a class, please cancel out of it from your student account or call/text the studio 575-779-7839 or email intuneyogataos@gmail.com at least 1 hour prior to class start time. Credits and/or class pack reinstatements will not be issued for “no-shows”.
