PRENATAL YOGA / 75 minute classes
A regular prenatal yoga practice can help build strength and prep the body for labor, reduce stress, alleviate pregnancy pains, and deepen connection to baby. We'll also practice useful coping skills for labor and have informative and educational birthing discussions.
Classes will include mindful movement, safe core-work, yogic breathing, and overall self-care and relaxation during this transformative and important time.
These classes are also great for connecting with other mamas in the area.
Geared towards all levels and all trimesters, with individualized modifications given for different trimesters.

Rates: $299 / 60 min (Travel fees may apply if we are traveling to you outside Taos proper.)

RENT THE STUDIO
Our studio is 850 sq. ft. and can accommodate a variety of classes or events. We are happy to set up a showing with you to view the studio if you are interested in renting the space. All props are included with studio rentals. Restroom and water filling station located on site. Free parking.
