In Tune Yoga is committed to offering empowering, creative, and safe yoga experiences. We offer classes in the styles of Vinyasa, Hatha, and Restorative Yoga, as well as Pilates and Sculpt classes with the use of weights. Most of our classes have an emphasis on the physical postures of yoga (asana) as well as movement and strength-building practices. We aim to cultivate a community that’s aligned, grounded, and joyfully present, while offering yoga classes that help students connect to the deepest physical, mental, and emotional parts of themselves. Our philosophy is to strive for progress over perfection, practice humility, welcome growth, and always remember that sometimes magic can happen if you’re willing to simply just show up.
